Founded in 1980 and operated by the Municipality of Chios since 1985, the Homerion Cultural Center is a modern hub for culture, education, and science. Its mission is to support and promote intellectual, artistic, and scientific work that inspires young people and enriches society, while fostering collaborations between Chios and other cities.

With a 450-seat hall featuring excellent acoustics, modern stage facilities, panoramic screen, digital and film projectors, and a Steinway piano, Homerion hosts conferences, concerts, and performances of every kind.

A spacious lobby and a 420 m² exhibition hall—equipped with advanced lighting and display systems—make it ideal for art exhibitions and cultural events.
